UNWIND OF THE CROSS PARTICIPATION BETWEEN EUROSIC AND FONCIERE DE PARIS
Foncière de Paris [1] sold today to Eurosic all the shares it held in the capital of Eurosic. These shares were to be sold by 12 May 2017 at the latest, in accordance with the law.
The sale was realised through an over-the-counter transaction at a price of €37.30 per share, corresponding to Eurosic closing share price on March 31 st , 2017. These shares will be allocated by Eurosic to various objectives of its share buyback programme.
At the same time and in order to reduce its cost of funding, Foncière de Paris redeemed its 663 302 outstanding OSRA which were fully owned by Eurosic.
