Nice afternoon in the Catskills! On our arrival
Post# of 75001
On our arrival we were greeted by 2 security men. They are there every day just to keep people off the site. It's a beautiful site and so is the surrounding area. The guys had some knowledge of the property and told us how we could drive on public roads around the outskirts of the property if we'd like. They would not allow us any inside access to the grounds or buildings there.
Inside the main entrance to Buckingham Palace (I believe), I could see cases of leaf cans stacked 5 feet high. Other than that… all looks like it's just waiting to get started and the guys said there have been more visitors recently but knew nothing about the plans. They were both pleasant and shared all that they knew about the property and Mrs. Li. They said that they have only met her twice, but she is very nice and treats them well (important to me).
One guy named Jay said he had worked there years ago in some capacity and when I asked him if he knew of any natural spring located on the property… he said yes…there is an "aquifer where water comes up through the ground" on the property.
They questioned me before answering any questions and sharing any information with me. Once they knew that I was an investor checking up on the place, they were very pleasant and asked if they should invest in "Marijuana stocks". I smiled and told them yes, but to be careful with their choices. I'd stick to the medical end right now, and that they must due their DD before investing in any particular stock. Jay insisted on giving me his cell phone number as he would now like to get started with some shares of RMHB (I shit you all not).
I'll be contacting him tomorrow on how to get started. He's an admitted novice and I don't mind helping. It's also wise since I told them we'd be visiting more to keep track of any progress on the site.
They had no idea about it's current plans or Mrs, Li's new venture. Just that she was going to bring it back as a resort but something didn't work out as planned and she changed direction.
That covers most of what happened on our first visit to the old Inn.
Go RMHB!
