Believe it or not, I also give people the benefit

However it's clear that Mr. Heddle lied to all his PTOI investors by omission when he didn't disclose that PTOI's operations were halted for six months due to freeze damage. At the time I was thinking the only excuse was that he was kidnapped and couldn't put out a press release...but then he started announcing again with no excuse as to the six month delay. There is no excuse he can possibly have. I don't know how anyone could defend Mr. Heddle's actions. Mr. Heddle is simply a dishonest man who shouldn't be trusted with anyone's money.
Likewise Mr. Bordynuik committed accounting fraud when he cooked the books with the media credits. He was told it was wrong yet forged ahead with the fraudulent valuation. He even jumped through hoops to get an accountant to sign off on the fake valuation--no reputable accountant would sign off on that. There's no way to defend Mr. Bordynuik's actions.
If you can find some way to give Mr. Heddle and/Mr. Bordynuik the benefit of the doubt, I would love to hear your argument.
If you want to believe that PTOI's pyrolysis is somehow better than anyone else's, that PTOI can heat up plastic better in an oxygen-free chamber and can cool the resulting gasses until they condense better than anyone else...go ahead and keep investing. They said they can...but they said a lot of things which happened to be misrepresentations. If you start believing everything they say until proven otherwise, prepare to continue to be regaled with new stories from them every time their past stories stop being believable.
