False I called Bruce from redchip because I wanted to inquire about private placements along with a buddy of mine you can confirm is an acreditted investor.
Bruce told me right now he has nothing from GIGL about any details or offering for private placements and he knows they are "working with a Bank" and that he would get back to me with details when he reaches out to them.
That right there tells me at this point they are not going that right and many more deals are going to be announced.
Commonsense says you do not sign 2 brand ambassadors who do not need the money and bring them on without something huge around the corner.
