What you need to know: Effective July 1, 2017, Nasdaq will make the following pricing adjustments for Commodities products.
- Commodities TotalView subscriber fee
- Commodities Level 2 subscriber fee
- Commodities Delayed fee
- Commodities End-of-Day file fee
What is changing?
Nasdaq is updating the fee schedule for Commodities products as follows:

Why is Nasdaq making this change?
The subscriber fee for the Commodities Level 2 product has remained unchanged since its introduction in 2009. The subscriber fee for Commodities TotalView, and the distributor fees for Commodities delayed and Commodities End-of-Day have remained unchanged since their introduction in 2012.
We are adjusting the fee schedule following enhancements to data content, system enhancements and a general increase in operating costs.
Improvements in data content and feed quality include:
- Nasdaq Commodities has extended its footprint in the last 5 years. New markets include:

- German Power and Natural Gas
- France/Belgium/Spain/Italian Power and Natural Gas
- Renewables
- Freight, Ferrous and Fuel Oil products
- An increase of more than 20,000 instruments in our Commodities package
- Moving Market Makers to solely quote Futures contracts further improved the well-functioning market structure and focuses on a more standardized product
- Moving from the Click Trading System to Genium INET which is designed to be one of the fastest and most functionally complete multi-asset trading systems
