Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has agreed to present its stake to the purchase offer of 100% of the securities of the company OGEDA, formerly known as Euroscreen ( www.ogeda.com ). This offer was launched by the listed company under Japanese law ASTELLAS PHARMA Inc., active on the pharmaceutical market.
As a consequence of this operation, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage should book during the first half of 2017 a positive non-recurring result of EUR 5.5 per share Cie du Bois Sauvage.
