We'll be making another phone call to URBF CEO in the near future with firm questions about it's ticker. We do know that the URBF CEO is very responsive to our questions, which is good.
However, BVO CEO refuses to talk to us.
We believe that BVO and URBF is in talks to make a deal for BVO to acquire the ticker and BVO doesn't want to reveal any information, because once that happens, things might happen pretty quick.
URBF CEO doesn't really care...they are just happy to sell it...I believe BVO wants it because about 23% of the shares are own by BVO CEO and kids and connections.
My recommendation is to hold and buy at your own risk.
