For more detail on Meyers U can PM Jessiejames,today's 8K has general info and explanations of the 4 classes of Preferred stock, A-D, but to me it's significant that full control of company reverts back to CEO Crawford from Meyers-Windsor's 51% control, it's his baby, he's got much personal investment of time and money in this,
but Meyers is still involved as needed and as investors, but if you read the 8K some Preferred like D I believe don't have voting control, if they still want in that shows strong faith in Cardinal.
Between that and restricting ability of Pref. A holders to sell for min. 6 mos. (upto 3 years) they're looking out for shareholders and IMO, rectifying some loopholes, now that they're in a stronger position to call the shots -- ALL GOOD IMO.
it's nothing like what one may think when first looking @S&C, we're at a golden op to ride this to fully reporting and beyond --
PR's should start rolling out mid-week and for some time, CEO has told several of us there will be "a series" of PR's, explaining everything we need to know.
today's dip is a second chance for newcomers to load,
