Not accordingly to SFRX. HE "allegedly" bashed it while he owned the shares. Read the complaint. It's quite amusing in light of the fact we learned he owned shares.
On EXPL he decided to sell at a loss. Big deal. Not sure what that has to do with the case, but maybe we'll find out at the trial.
