Dear God NO! I have nothing against the people who own shares or work for HHSE and I wish them well but I think it would be a Yuge (as Winston likes to say) mistake to merge with HHSE. Why? The question is why would we? What do they have to offer that would benefit NTEK? In my opinion, their content is awful so much so that I believe it would hurt our brand especially given we're on the verge of inking across the board Hollywood studios deals.
If we merge with HHSE that'll tell me there's a fly in the ointment somewhere and our expectations need to be adjusted to the down side. Frankly I'm tired of adjusting my expectations to the downside and I don't think we have to anymore. I fully expect NTEK to start kicking ass and taking names. I just don't thingk we need HHSE in our growing stable of quality content. I'm telling you, it's a bad idea! No one wants to waste time scrolling through a bazillion horrible B, C & D list movies just to find a solid A lister. People will get sick of it and go elsewhere. Honestly, I'm doing that now with UltraFlix. I've cherry picked just about every good movie they have and have started going through some of the 2 star movies only regretting it later. I'd rather wait until Ivan, David and crew ink the deals because Quality Content is King!
