El Paso Animal Clinic Announces Updates on their H

DERBY, Kan., April 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- El Paso Animal Clinic has announced that they are making progress on a vast new building for their ever-expanding business. This building, expected to open in spring of 2018, is four times larger than its current one and will offer space for new services and features as well as more room for pet patients and owners. It will be located near K-15, which many of its clients use to reach the area. The clinic is also adding more veterinarians to keep up with the surging demand for services.

El Paso Animal Clinic has seen plenty of success through the years. They started out in a small facility, which was expanded to their existing building after initial success. Now, they’re expanding once again – this time to a large new building with significantly increased space and features.

In the upcoming facility, patrons will immediately be pleased with the fact that there are more places to sit. The new waiting room seats 28, while the current one only holds between six and eight. This is very important because the clinic's policy of accepting walk-ins ensures that there are always plenty of people waiting.

The rest of the facility will also be much larger than the current one. It will include eight exam rooms, two upgraded surgery suites, a much larger recovery area, four dental tables – up from only one – and eight workstations. A separate, glassed-in ICU will be available for pets suffering from critical health emergencies. An isolation room, used for pets suspected of having contagious diseases, will have a separate entrance. These additions will also include a “comfort room” for owners to visit pets and say goodbye to them in a peaceful environment with a private exit.

This expansion doesn't stop with the waiting and treatment areas. Boarding facilities are also being expanded, with upgraded runs, separate areas for cats and dogs, and more space for play. Smaller runs and luxury suites are also being added to accommodate the different needs of pets.

"One of the reasons for our success is our caring environment and exceptional veterinary services. We also offer patients a convenience that most other clinics do not: walk-in service. Many people love that they don't need an appointment to come here, but instead, are welcome anytime we are open. We do require appointments for surgeries and boarding, but even that is more convenient than usual," Dr. Gary Oehmke explained.
