You made two revealing statements in your rambling post that are laughable.
"With 75% of my money locked into OWCP, I was staring at .96 and deliberately did not bite because this stock is clear pump and dump trash."
So you have 75% of your money invested in a stock that you are convinced is a pump and dump trash and you are still holding on to it? How could you be so stupid as to not have sold yet?
What are you waiting for? Oh yes I forgot you've also stated that it may not reach the $3 level until the middle of May. Now you are sounding more like the brotherhood that you are referring to as "pumpers".
The video that you posted will surely be viewed as a classic for generations to come, even if young children is its targeted audience. For the record, there has been very minimal dilution of the stock. The 4 million plus "restricted" shares and warrants that were issued was for much needed research and development funds that, as you state, will likely enable the stock price to reach the $3 dollar level again real soon.
Most here could care less whether you are a "college rookie" or a "fraudster". You are probably neither, but man you need to re-read your posts, look at the many inconsistencies, and with all due respect you need to give your head a shake.
