CWRN can utilize "block" trades,"private transactions" or"contracts",which don't have the same restrictions on them as open market transactions do.Now as advised by these legal firms,buybacks should be done only with the advice of legal council.Remember those 550,000,000"closely held" shares??I wonder about the reason for there existence.
