The three members of Coastal Capital's board of directors, who will remain directors, approved the Rescission Agreement, including the cancellation of the 1,350,000,000 shares issued to Mr. DiNorcia, on December 21, 2012. The cancellation of the 1,350,000,000 shares reduced Coastal Capital's outstanding common shares from 2,284,739,050 to 934,739,050.
SO AS OF DECEMBER 2012 934,739,050 SHARES OUTSTANDING
PS Also a HUGE Clause >> Mr. DiNorcia stated, "Removing the conversion feature of the Series B Shares will prevent dilution to the holders of our common stock that could result from the conversion of the Series B Shares into common shares."
Hey as far as I am concerned prior to all of this we were .01+, I truly can't see .0006 being the true value here folks...MORE LIKE .005-.01 SHORT TERM!

CCAJ was .01+. dropped on air/dilution, chart says bounce time, where BBDA ran from trips to .0199 in a very short time while company dumped millions into the run....are you still with me? You should be our dilution has occurred....think about it, where is PPS heading vs what happened with BBDA????
CCAJ is a MONEY MAKING CASH COW from these prices, grab some and don't worry about news, filings and naysayers...Momo will correct the PPS here, expect .005 soon enough!
