Management has developed a business plan, which includes growth through the acquisition of privately owned salons and spas in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. Metroplex area.Management believes that they will be able to obtain the capital necessary to acquire multiple privately owned salons and spas in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Metroplex area, in effect “Branding” the Split Endings name and specific operational characteristics of the company."
