I really believe David and Ivan are focused inaking deals and improving UF. Once announcements come it will be obvious. They are aware making deadlines of things that can change suddenly did not bode well for the company, so not until it is confirmed for specific dates will they announce any current deals in the making. But once it starts it will really start IMO.
