Kotkamills Group Oyj ("Kotkamills") has as previously announced carried out a directed issue of class A and B shares. The issue of shares has resulted in changes in the number of shares and votes in Kotkamills as follows:
Prior to the issuance of new shares, there were in total 11,537,529 shares in Kotkamills, of which 10,406,277 class A shares, corresponding to 10,406,277 votes, and 1,131,252 class B shares, corresponding to 1,131,252 votes, 11,537,529 votes in total.
The number of shares has through the issuance of new class A shares increased by 1,875,417 and the number of votes has increased by 1,875,417. The number of shares has through the issuance of new class B shares increased by 189,860 and the number of votes has increased by 189,860.
As of March 31, 2017, there are in total 13,602,806 shares in Kotkamills, of which 12,281,694 class A shares, corresponding to 12,281,694 votes, and 1,321,112 class B shares, corresponding to 1,321,112 votes, 13,602,806 votes in total.
