I can tell you why it's important. Look at what is occurring and has occurred. Trending lower because weakness draws attack. I told them weeks ago. I recommended countermeasures, It is my opinion, you have to care about your share price, (I would) long term is great but you neglect it and look around, I'm sure some longs sold sick of seeing downtrend, where is bottom?
Care about share holders because they hold shares, they get scared, stressed, and look to a company to care, if they don't people bail. I hate seeing it but it happens.
