They are dancing on a razor's edge. It's not like OWCP is operating in a vacuum.
Management has to decide how much info to publish to shareholders WITHOUT tipping off competitors.
We are patent pending after all. Once patents are perfected, which we will definitely be hearing about this year if you look at the european patent website, Management will have more leeway in what they disclose.
Any tiny dispensary making "cbd oils" in their garage could copy OWCP's psoriasis cream formula if OWCP made the mistake of released it in an 8-K. Deep pocketed pharma companies could file a host of similar patent claims if too much information is released before our patents are finalized.
I firmly believe OWCP will release a host of creams and sublingual tablets to treat a wide range of ailments. We will see the first cream this year. Have some faith and know that Management will always err on the side of caution.
