If I was more concerned about a short term price movement today, that may be a non event in a few weeks, then I am with business that makes us money and takes us places we have never been, then everyone should sell their shares. If I knew of a CEO acting that way I would run the other direction.

We are in the middle of a very complex process right now. I would not take the path of not talking unless I knew the payoff was there.

I am giving everyone all I can at this time without risking affecting negotiations in process."

Next most importantly... There is no dilution of the float. The shares increase was to pay board members and new employees of the company and they can not sell those shares for years. People will not work for free but if they believe in our company they will take restricted shares. These people, because they are insiders can not sell those shares, so even though there are more shares out there, it does not effect the trade-able float or the shares that actually can trade in the market.




We have added top sales people, marketers and hollywood insiders possible to our team and it did not cost us a dime. Instead, they took a small amount of shares which they can't sell for years. They did this instead of money because they see the growth potential in ICPA.




So bottom line the amount of tradable shares has not changed. The company's press releases state clearly that we have added top people to our team and we are two months into the 90 ramping up sales and revenue program. I did all this without spending any company cash. Why in the world could anyone be mad at me for taking these huge leaps and not going deep into debt in the process?

Maintaining the Expansion of Our Base... There's an App For That!

While focusing on longer format video production it was important to maintain the growth of the IC Places websites. To do this we needed a viral component.

The name "Instant Restaurant Review" says exactly what the app does; it provides consumers with the ability to instantly share their dining experience with the world.

In our December 2011 press release I stated, "This App could quietly become a game changer for IC Places and the review industry as a whole."

The Instant Restaurant Review App does two very important things. It puts a face on every review and the App will only record a review within 250 feet of the restaurant you are reviewing. Adding a human face to a review and forcing proximity to the restaurant will help to eliminate fake reviews.

IC Places currently covers 350 major US cities. The Instant Restaurant Review App will help organically and automatically build the IC Places footprint.

Apple just approved the app for its advertising program which places non-obtrusive ads into the app, creating a new revenue stream for IC Places.

I keep thinking about why ortsbo went to ic places perhaps it is caused icpa already has the language converter bar already,convert it to reading format!
had it since last summer! Remember samblis said it didn't cost a dime!They came to him! that was this last winter!

Maybe ic places has it patent in a way! Just thinking about that, got me wondering, if ic has it patent in a way, facebook might wants the patent!
Wow, but we need to find out about it, been searching all morning, can't find anything for ic places inc. patents! If that is the case, I will be in utopia!
