Completion of Successful Fundraising
The Directors of Gate Ventures PLC are pleased to announce that the fundraising announced on 23 February, 2017 has now been completed.
The Company has raised €2,500,000 at a price of €0.55 per share, thus issuing 4,545,454 new Ordinary Shares of £0.0008 each. Following this issue there are now 437,589,441 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Application will be made for the newly issued Shares to be admitted to trading.
