Rising holds the Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for this drug, an AB-rated generic version of Zyflo CR® Tablets from Chiesi USA, which is indicated for the chronic treatment of asthma. Zileuton Extended Release Tablets, 600 mg, had U.S. sales of approximately $75 million for the 12 months ending December 2016, according to IMS Health.
