I had e-mailed the main "info@marijuanaindex.com" address back in November to ask why OWCP wasn't included on their list. I followed up with him just the other day when I remembered and that was his response last night.
The original e-mail response from November 2016 was:
OWCP didn't meet the minimum trading criteria last quarter to be included. We require a minimum $10m market cap, $20k daily trading value, and $0.10 share price (based on weighted average). They'll be reevaluated at the end of this year to see if they meet trading criteria in Q4.
