If you're asking me instead of IR, here's all I know. They haven't changed the guidance from the AFS Publication Timeline for 2017.
Yesterday, Vlay asked direct questions on the status of BTL. He didn't get blocked and he talked about BTL financials.
In any event, it has been stated numerous times, both here and Twitter, that all anyone needs to do is email IR. No one is blocked from that.
