Nobody put a gun to his head to invest money, he did it all on his own.
People that always blame others for their own mistakes have a personality disorder.
I like to call them democrats but it may be an undiscovered illness.
And he tries at every juncture to make it a personal vendetta against people that have nothing to do with any of this as you mention.

You are correct , the statute is fast running out and usually criminal charges come first,
It's the SEC that keeps asking for extensions, not the defense.
I have no idea how it will turn out , they may be found guilty, but good luck trying to get any money, the sec will keep anything they may get out of these guys.
