I used to write people I knew at another company regarding specific things I wished would be covered in the quarterly webcasts. On a few occasions I got a reply, but in most cases I didn't, but most of the time what I'd asked was somehow covered. Perhaps it would have been covered regardless, but at least on a few occasions I believe my questions or remarks were responsible.
I believe that what the company said on the 20th was their commitment to say something in March, if they couldn't complete the Annual Report by the end of the month. If they do complete it, I believe we'll learn a little more about the trial in it.
I will agree with you short term that we could lose some investors if nothing more is said for a few weeks. Long term, however, I believe it will make no difference except to those who bailed out too soon.
Personally I'm not big on gaps, but did put in an order should the stock go that low. I like Will Rodger's advice on stock, Buy good stock. If the stock goes up, good, if it goes down, better, buy more. Always remember the advice, Buy good stock. I believe this is a good stock, and those of us who invest in it long term will do very well.
