OWCP has to file the 10-K or the NT-10-K by tomorrow. There has been too much trepidation over this when really there is no reason for it.
The 10-K whether it's released tomorrow or by April 15 will contain the financials for the year ending December 31, 2016. They will be so exciting that you might as well watch paint dry instead for some extra fun! What does one really expect?
What will be more interesting is the 10-Q that they will need to file by May 15, 2017 for the first quarter ending March 31, 2017. During this quarter the company raised over $1,600,000 so it will be interesting to see how much of it they still have.
If you check the company's EDGAR link you can see that last year they filed a NT-10-K giving them a 15 day extension and then they filed the 10-K on April 14.
