Notes from the CELH investor conference call:
Post# of 679
China appears to be much further out in time, based on what was said on the conference call.
One of the callers tried to pin down John Fieldly on the timing for China. He managed to tap-dance around; not giving a direct answer
It appears that Hong Kong and Macau will come first; sometime later in 2017? That could mean we won't see anything from China until early 2018 or later.
This was certainly not our expectation for this region of the world when the first round of financing was done in April of 2015 with Li Ka-Shing.
We were looking for a launch into Mainland China in the first or second quarter of 2017.
It appears that there is still a tremendous amount of work that needs to be done regarding this initiative.
It will be interesting to see how many investors wind up bailing on the stock if they, too, were expecting a much faster timeline for a China launch.
