They can but I'm saying there so many of them and a lot of times they don't, maybe not enough man power. .But a lot of stocks got killed once it's bend targeted as naked shorting. . I'm not saying It's happening here with Owcp but evidence have proven. ..For an example last Friday was supposedly be the last day to covered any short position but nothing happened as the price instead of going up if shorts covered ,the rice actually went down... Price actions had been weird since $3.24..
