Yes, we know it's illegal but not a lot of them get caught and SEC seldom go after them. ..ON A REGULAR LEGAL SHORTING SHARES MUST BE COVER ON CERTAIN GIVIGN DAYS BUT NAKED SHORTING DOES NOT....SUPPOSEDLY LAST FRIDAY WAS LAST DAY TO COVERED BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPENED SO THOSE 2MILLS SHORTED SHARES ARE NAKED SHORTING ..
