I think its just another piece to the puzzle, there is no way to know if they singed a lease agreement. If/when they do an 8 K will be filed within 10 days. So look out for a new 8k. Plans at the moment are likely timed to be announced at SHM while remaining compliant SEC. These are just nice Easter eggs to find. Loving the DD. Well done Firestream!!!
