I appreciate the idea I am being paid for my brilliant work. It's sweet. I think you could go pro too. You could be a professional denier.
We found wood, but it doesn't appear to be from the target vessel? That's good because the stock price went up over the past two months, along with the volume.
All artifacts were left in situ as required by the permit? That means we can bring up treasure when we find it.
Mary said the news couldn't be trusted (ie Kyle LIED)? Mary doesn't matter cause Tim's in the house. Plus that particular LIE is 3 years old.
Kyle said the Defendant made the stock price drop? Doesn't matter whether he did or not but I'm glad we took away his First Amendment privilege, or at least attempted to. And we shouldn't go to trial (cuz we would probably look like bigger fools than we are) because all we wanted was for him to stop posting even though Kyle told the SEC on several occasions......we're going to trial.
The Company’s Board of Directors agreed that it would provide compensation to Mr. Kennedy beginning in 2015, however the amount of compensation has not yet been determined. Yeah, but he doesn't take it.....yet.
