Your assumption that she cares about the immediate value of your portfolio is way off base. Her responsibility is not to the shareholders short term gain. All CEO's responsibilities are to move the COMPANY forward and the share price will follow. She has done just that! Growth takes time and setbacks in launch dates are a normal procedure with small companies. The problem is all these penny flippers assume that she works for them so that when this hits .10 they can all sell out. They are all pissed they have to hold their positions and not make a fast buck. Her financial obligation is to LONG term investors not forum flippers.
With the share structure and from what Ive DD'd about CEO and past performance Im ok with holding this for some real gains!
