so you see...its very simple...a 3 year research permit...nothing about full recovery/selling anything so when they are done with that then they can apply for a full recovery as the state will be satisfied whats down there and make rules for careful recovery etc I said long ago even last year this would be 2015 perhaps longer and the awesome second to none dd wasn't pondered
