Dividend payment of AS LHV Varahaldus, a subsidiary of AS LHV Group
On 30 March 2017, AS LHV Group decided according to the proposal by the management of its subsidiary company, Aktsiaselts LHV Varahaldus, to allocate the subsidiary’s profit for financial year 2016, which amounts EUR 6129 thousand, including to pay dividends in the net amount of EUR 3803 thousand. Dividend will be paid to the sole shareholder, AS LHV Group, on 30 March 2017.
The dividend payment brings to AS LHV Varahaldus an income tax cost in the amount of EUR 951 thousand, which is by EUR 324 thousand lower than the income tax forecasted in LHV Group’s financial plan for 2017 announced on 7 February 2017.
