Further to the shareholder circular published by NB Private Equity Partners Limited (the "Company") on 28 March 2017 (the "Circular"), the Company wishes to clarify that, in addition to the investment restrictions included in the proposed investment policy set out in the Circular, and consistent with its historical approach, the Company's proposed investment policy will also provide that the Company will not invest more than 10 per cent., in aggregate, of its total assets in other UK-listed closed-ended investment funds. Since the Company's listing in 2007, the Company has never invested in other UK-listed closed-ended investment funds.
