Some charting guy kept saying oh we will rally sin

Some charting guy kept saying oh we will rally since last wk.. that we would rally last Friday or this Monday but instead of red...I kept questioning what chart is he's looking at because sure isn't the one that I'm looking at... However, the tight trading range from my past experiences that's something is brewing. ..Tight ranging can ranged from institutionals buying.. As they kept the bid lower than the ask in hope of people giving up and frustrated, this is how big boys built their position because if they throw out. a huge buying at one then that would make the price go up because smaller investors see that as bullish so they too will jump in...So when they saw the price going up they will stop.buying and then they bid lower price than asking again and hoping people will sale... I saw this happening a lot in the recent weeks... You would see big spread then as the price about to go up.higher... bang the price dropped again... So I think some.big dog is building a position here...
