Failla was nominated by Sen Chuck Schumer, yeah the same one that we've been seeing on TV a lot lately, and was appointed by none other that BO, another Harvard law grad. If you want a job half assed, put a half ass on it. Nice job judge! The good old boy system at its' finest. Oh well, onward and upward.
