Just checked the docket site: Bad news, if I'm reading this correctly.
OPINION AND ORDER re: 62 MOTION for Attorney Fees PURSUANT TO THE PRIVATE SECURITIES LITIGATION REFORM ACT OF 1995, filed by Cellceutix Corporation, Leo Ehrlich, Krishna Menon.
