BigSteve - I agree: lots of unanswered questions. However, things havent fel right for a long time.

Still cant get any answers on the BTL SLA that was "guaranteed " per James/IR in last year CC at $13.5MM for 2017. Also another $1MM SLA that was PRd late in 2016. No word on any EIA revenues nor the ExIM $10MM loan vs $85MM. Now the company is exporting e bikes and bourbon. While I do not care what they import/export through EIA program - to date - NONE of it has brought revenues into the company. Nor did MRVB show revenue in 4Q16 (calendar) and company wont comment on those revenues as well. They only seem to be interested in building up a traders database too move commodity pricing up and down. If it is that lucrative for the company - why not discuss the results in the recent 10Q or provide a separate 8K?
I also dont buy into this driving the price down to buyback shares. For one - that is manipulation and simply illegal. IRMuse already has crossed the lines there not too mention their &D rhetoric on the brief move to 7 when they were encouraging everyone to load over Twitter and then 100MM shares were dumped next day (or day after). Their continued affirmation of year end PPS of $0.01 certainly didnt help credibility. Despite the few posts on here still gung ho - the buy/sell sode doesnt support the rhetoric. If all of this activity was real (SLAs, EIAs, etc) - people would be knocking the doors down tonsecure shares. Instead - we continue to seepattern of large, systematic dumps. Today was another example. There is ZERO confirmation any shares have been bought back and last 10Q shows another 300MM plus in dilution to OS. That is not a buyback.
However, any questions of these obvious disconnects gets one excoriated here and Twitter and stifles any real discussion on the company. Worse - one gets continually flamed over PM on this board and elsewhere. If the news was so good - shouldnt the results speak for themselves? Furthermore-revenues and real, verifiable progress would be the ultimate case against the so called bashers. Stock price is 0.0003. OS is 2.5-3x where it was a year/15 months ago. Still no revenues. No loan. And no confirmation that ANY of the aforementioned SLAs are even valid/producing. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
