maybe OWCP is not posting PR's until they have many catalyst to deliver i.e. efficacy results, product launch, JV, consulting agreements, etc. so that when the sp goes up it continues to go up rather than giving pieces of news resulting in sp bouncing up and down with day traders jumping in and profiting off of OWCP and even longs jumping in and out to acquire more shares along the way. Just a thought.
