I've read there are a lot of plastic bags stuck in trees..
anecdotally, I agree and wonder what can be done?
I'm thinking aloud that Rick should provide a solution here.
How about one of those desktop prox? They must some lying around they could sell to people who feel like making their own fuel.
Honestly, it's not like selling flidgits I know, but a little out of the box thinking couldn't hurt here.
More than anything, I suspect he's trying to finance old, lower interest debt with new, higher interest debt, and of course stay out of trouble with the SEC!
