I agree they will want to keep it for the SHM, so they could be holding off on actually approving the plane. With the in mind, but if they have approved and taken receipt its is a material event so they would have to file another 8K. So in my opinion the clock is ticking for a PR, SHM, 8K about receipt of plane. I assume he will want to make good on a statement of meeting an April 1 deadline to receive the plane. All just my own opinions.
