Same lame attempt to focus peoples attention on irrelevancies.
Again....why do you keep bringing up form 15 for this stock. That was years ago. To try to cast the company in a negative light perhaps ? hmmmm
Why do you have an irrelevant obsession about employees buying their own stock. People buy their companies stock all the time.
No company ever plans dilution. Fiscal circumstances sometimes dictate you raise funds. One way to do that is to sell stock.
You plant the seed that the company will never dilute again, and then you try to spin it like the company is lying to you.
You come up with some statement that IR told you that they are inking deals with this company and that company and that person. hmmm...they haven't seemed to give those specifics , especially about future financing to anyone, let alone a screen name that has been here for 4 days....
Other folks on this board who would say that IR spoke to them you believe them because they have a history on this board for being truthful. (for years).
You have been on this board for 4 days making claims like this? With a 4 day old screen name ? Ya...right
Then you try to plant a seed stating that the company may be lying to you about your previously contrived statement ? Yeah...no attempt to bash there....
And oh yes.....another statement about how audited financials will fix everything. There are companies with audited financial in the OTC that are complete junk, many in fact.
They would mean nothing for this company at this point, just a way to burn money that needs to be directed elsewhere.
There are other priorities that will come way before audits happen.
And of course......last but not least...emphasizing that NTEK is an OTC pink. Another attempt to create uncertainty with someone evaluating the stock as a potential investment.
Everyone here knows that the OTC pinks are a risky investment. If you don't fully understand that then you should not invest here.
Folks....do your own DD on the company and be wary of who you listen to for investment advise.
This company in particular scares many in the competition and they will go to great lengths, without using any moral compass, to try to make this company fail
