note the UC asks .. gee think 5c needs to be protected at all costs .. 
@ open PTOI's ask was 049 .. immediately after open ask UC by CSTI to 048
a 1000 went off @ bid (hidden) and bypassing GTC @ 044 .. odds are a signal
for 10000 required to make the bid @ 044 not be *visible*
then a 500 went off @ CSTI's UC elastic ask .. with NC on the *size*
and now the UC by ETRF to 0479 ..
realize that with the *first* UC on ask .. PTOI would be closing down regardless (sans volume of significance at ask)
and here i was hoping for a no volume day ..
