I did respond to this...
It's because they only do reviews every Quarter and the requirements were $0.10/share average with $10M market cap and at least $20K in daily volume.
OWCP will absolutely qualify for next Quarter. I did send an email to my contact there tonight, so will let the board know tomorrow what he says.
