This sort of thing gives penny stock investing an even worse rap than it already has. IMO, the vast majority of penny stocks are momentum plays period. I never left much on the table there, and bailed 100% upon the Kinross denial. i was fortunate to escape with a decent profit. Others were not so fortunate. Sadly... (Mainlining Kool Aid is bad, m'kay)
The SRGE board has been visited frequently by the bashers. Mainly JShell, with minions in rotation as needed. Despite all the nonsense about suspensions taking months or even years, SRGE was stopped within 24 to 48 hours. The denial by Kinross was the reason cited. Much different and more flagrant than anything KMAG has been accused of. I see no comparison whatsoever between the two situations.
KMAG is one of a very few exceptions, IMO. Jeff seems to be one determined sonofagun. Publicly calling BS on the suspension and backing it up with Q2, Q3 and attorney letters. I'll gladly stand with a person who has delivered on his public statements time and time again.
I've added to my position 3 times since KMAG has resumed trading, and fully expect JR to come through this with flying colors. JMHO.
