Suggest you consider the alternative -- jerry relinquished control to bring in a partner flush in cash.. She's now the one calling shots as her pockets are deep. Saved us from huge dilution and she's branding and following Jerry's plan. If you don't agree - just sale as many will eat your shares in a heartbeat
