This is totally on topic, even though the article is about golf balls. It addresses the kind of abusive litigation that law firms like Rosen engaged in against CTIX. This batch of bullies may have erred in going against a well-funded giant like CostCo. I sure hope so, it would be great to have a precedent-setting case about abusive litigation like this.
