DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., May 07, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CHDT Corporation (OTCQB: CHDO) ("Company" or "CHDT"), a leader in the design and manufacture of specialty power failure lighting solutions and innovator of consumer safety and security products for the North American retail markets, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone Industries, Inc., was selected as the Bronze award winner for its Eco-i-Lite 10 LED Multi-function Power Failure Light at this year's National Hardware Show (NHS) in Las Vegas.

Eight judges composed of publishers, buyers and retail chain executives evaluated 50 products for the New Product Launch Spotlight Award's Most Innovative New Product category. The Eco-i-Lite was selected for its high level of innovation in providing optimal power failure lighting solutions.
